Greetings and Welcome! My name is Alexandra Savithri Amba, M.A., a Reiki Master, Vedic Healing Master, and Spiritual Life Coach. My aim is to help you transform your life, manifest what you desire, and get the most out of your soul's journey by learning and applying spiritual self development and healing tools!
As Founder and Director of the American Reiki Academy, the oldest Reiki school in Los Angeles, I have taught Reiki to thousands of people worldwide and as Director of the Vedic Healing Center, I have taught Vedic Healing and led Spiritual & Cultural Pilgrimages to India.
For more than 30 years I have applied and taught spiritual growth techniques through many years of studying and traveling in India, where I was fortunate to learn from blessed gurus and teachers, stay in spiritual ashrams and visit powerful temples.
Today I share with others precious spiritual teachings that enable us to move through blocks, manifest dreams, and evolve on our paths so we may enjoy happiness, peace and success.
The secrets to profound contentment and success lie deep within us and may be accessed through spiritual self development.
But how do we get from where we are to a higher state of being, where every day is blissful and exciting?
Initially we set forth in life by gaining education and then embarking on a career path so we may contribute our gifts to the world. But often what we create is not satisfying because we have neglected our internal space, that which connects us to Source energy and truly inspires us.
However, when we remember and consciously cultivate this inner connection, our life blooms in miraculous ways and we become expanded, since this powerful energy fuels our highest good and influences our soul's purpose.
Spiritual self development provides us with missing links and unlocks a path to immense fulfillment. In the process, fear, struggle, anxiety, self-doubt, and worry melt away as we increase our light, change our energy, claim our power, and create a life that is more authentic as it has now been created from the "inside-out."

My Story-From Academia to Reiki, Metaphysics & India
Growing up in an academic family, I discovered meditation through the Quaker school I attended and found unconditional love with my beloved corgi.
Despite pursuing traditional education and careers in publishing and teaching, I felt a spiritual void until I discovered Reiki and metaphysics, leading me to explore an array of healing modalities such as rebirthing, channeling, crystal healing, hypnotherapy, cerebrospinal fluid technique, Feng Shui, palmistry, Tarot, meditation, chanting, yoga, and more. I met and spent time with Indian gurus who sparked inner transformation and called me to visit India.

From Reiki & Metaphysics to India
In 1998 I first visited India where I began studying privately under spiritual gurus Vedic Healing, a comprehensive program of meditation, Sanskrit mantra chanting, yoga, Vedic philosophy, and rituals . Back in Los Angeles I established the American Reiki Academy, which became Los Angeles' oldest Reiki school, and the Vedic Healing Center where we shared ancient wisdom from spiritual India. My journeys to India continued yearly where I visited for personal studies and also to lead Spiritual & Cultural Programs, exposing westerners to the magic of India.
