ABOUT MY JOURNEY:   

My path began in 1989, when a single Reiki healing session changed the course of my life.

I trained in traditional Usui Reiki in 1990 through apprenticeship with my Reiki Master.  I then learned other energy healing practices and Feng Shui, and eventually began extended spiritual study in India with my Vedic Healing guru. 

My training has included long periods of sadhana (daily spiritual practice)  in ashrams, temples, and sacred sites, along with studying under different teachers and lineages.

Over the years, I was fortunate to receive extensive teachings in Vedic Healing — mantra, meditation, yantra, subtle energy work, and sacred ritual — learned not only through study but also through my own lived practice.

Through my experiences in working with energy practices, I have understood that energy does not move only through the body but also through the spaces we live in, the patterns we carry, and the environments that shape our lives.

Today, I bring these teachings together through Reiki, Vedic Healing, and space energetics, working with energy both inside and around us to clear obstacles and support transformation.
